A message from the CEO + Launch Update

Dear All,

I would like to share a few words regarding the Government news yesterday, along with our plans for the next few weeks.

Firstly there seems to be a lot of misinformation regarding yesterday’s announcement. While this is a huge step for XCAD, and we truly believe that people will see the true value of what was announced in due course. Here are a few bullet points to clear things up.

• XCAD has signed MOU’S with multiple governments around the globe
• Yesterday’s announcement was not originally supposed to be Pakistan, it was supposed to be another Government entity, however as you can imagine schedules change a lot with Governments, hence why Pakistan has not announced yet. Pakistan will announce it next week.
• The XCAD team believes having governments involved in XCAD brings huge credibility.
• Some misinformation is spreading that this is a different product and that we have gone away from our main vision with Creator Tokens. This claim is false and could not be further from the truth, I will outline the new vision with creator tokens later in this article. The Government deals do not change the vision one bit. If anything it aids the vision, a creator from said region creates educational content, the government promotes it, and users get rewarded. The content will be hosted on a creator's channel, and users get rewarded in a native creator token like you would for watching their other content. This is in line with our original model.

V2 and Creator Token launch strategy.

The first creator of our rollout has 40,000,000 Subscribers, this is a big creator. Here are the likely next steps and some information on the v2 plugin.

• TheDonato raise is currently live on the XCAD launchpad ($100,000 raise) We are aware of some users having issues with KYC, we are working with our provider to resolve that. We are extending this sale until Monday at 2pm UTC.
• The second $100,000 of the raise will take place elsewhere and be announced by the platform shortly.
• The Creator Token will then go live on at least one centralised exchange plus DEX.
• The creator will make content throughout the process, especially post listing, driving users into the application and getting them to trade his CT. He will even be promoting the token for the initial listing. You will see him mention it a lot and educate his audience on XCAD, Creator Tokens and everything that revolves around that. We’re working 1 on 1 with the creator on how he presents to his audience, the platform and his token.

Here’s a status check on what's about to be live and a development update:

• V2 Plugin — Mobile Application — Completed. Please note upon launch there is very limited functionality until $DON TGE, he is the only token on OPBNB currently. The Plug-in does not currently support older creators, this is because until yesterday the ZIL Bridge was down. Bridging the old CTs is not an easy task. These will come short after DON TGE. The main focus is ensuring a smooth rollout of $DON and onboarding users. Live imminently.
• XCAD OP BNB Token — Pending — The bridge for this will go live hopefully tomorrow if not early next week. It’s a reputable bridge.
• XCAD Gateway — Enabled after the bridge is live — Development completed
• XCAD CEX — Development is in the final stages — Testing needs to be completed. The CEX is not essential to the TGE of $DON.
• dXCAD DEX — Live imminently on BNB chain, opBNB to follow shortly after.
• Launchpool — As previously mentioned the Launchpool is a new component to V2 CT raises. The Launchpool will not be used in every single raise but will be phased into upcoming raises.

People seem to have a misconception of V2 being just the App/Plugin, whilst this is not the case. V2 is a combination of a lot of different components. The first being the current raise that is ongoing on the XCAD Launchpad. V2 is currently in rollout out and this will become more evident in the coming days.
